I promise it will actually take you longer to read the recipe than it will take you to make the Quickest Pizza Sauce on the Planet.
We make this sauce at least once a week for my pizza-loving son. He often eats our favorite pizza recipe daily, so I appreciate having something that is quick to make and tastes good as well.
We keep it in the fridge for up to two weeks or until it’s gone.
You will need some kind of container to put the sauce into. I prefer a pint mason jar. It is the perfect size to hold this recipe.
Gather your ingredients together. You will need a 15 oz. can of tomato sauce and some Italian Seasoning. I prefer a higher-quality tomato sauce in this recipe. The higher-quality sauces tend to be thicker and with a stronger tomato flavor. We use the Contadina brand or something similar.
Open the can and pour the sauce into the mason jar. Add 1/2 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning. Stir. That is truly it. If you want to get super fancy you could add a dash of sugar.
You are done. That’s it. You just made the Quickest Pizza Sauce on the Planet.
