Best Naturally Gluten Free Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

roma tomates, diced

onion, diced

black beans, drained and rinsed

corn, drained

cilantro, chopped

red wine vinegar

lime, juiced

salt

teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Dice the tomatoes and add to a large bowl.
Dice the onion and add to the bowl.
Drain and rinse the beans. Drain the corn. Add both to the bowl.
Add chopped cilantro, vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Give everything a big stir. Taste a bit. It may need more salt or pepper, adjust to your personal preferences.
