Dry Ingredients

gluten free one-to-one flour

cocoa powder

salt

teaspoon
baking powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375
Spray an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with non-stick spray
Combine wet ingredients into one bowl. Mix until well combined.
Add dry ingredients to a separate bowl. Mix until combined.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredient bowl and mix until just combined.
Add mixed ingredients to prepared pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Don't overbake! A little shake in the middle of the pan is good and will make the brownies gooey.
Cool with a dish towel over the top for a softer crust.
