Add all wet ingredients to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk together well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Whisk together until only tiny lumps remain.
Let batter sit for 5 minutes.
Place 3-4 Tablespoons in each well of the waffle maker. Bake for 4 minutes if freezing for future use. Bake waffles for 5 minutes if eating immediately. Adjust timing to your preference.
Cool uneaten waffles on a wire rack. Freeze any leftover waffles for future use. Toast as desired when ready to eat in the future.
