gluten free 1:1 flour (or regular all-purpose flour)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Line three cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla. Mix until the mixture turns a light caramel color. This should take 3-4 minutes.
Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, and oats. Mix until combined.
Add the chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
Place on cookie sheet in tablespoon size scoops. The recipe will make about 30 cookies.
Bake at 400 for 7 minutes.
