In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds.
Add the maple syrup to the peanut butter. Microwave them together for 30 seconds. Stir. If they do not blend easily, microwave in 15-second intervals until it is easy to stir them together.
Add the protein powder and vanilla and stir until smooth.
Add the oats, coconut, and hemp hearts. Stir until well combined.
Scoop into tablespoon-sized balls onto the cookie sheet. Wet your hands and roll the balls together until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before moving to a sealed container.
